This website is operated by Shiva Construction, a construction contractor based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Shiva Construction. “You” means anyone accessing the website or contacting us through the phone number, WhatsApp number, email or lead form listed on the site.

Actual construction work is always governed by a separate signed work order or contract between you and Shiva Construction that describes scope, specifications, timeline, milestones and price. Nothing on this website replaces that contract.

2. Use of the website

• You may browse the website for personal and business purposes.
• You may not use the website in any way that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or that interferes with its normal operation.
• You may not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, hosting infrastructure, or any account or data associated with the site.

3. Enquiries, quotes and no-obligation offers

Prices, timelines and material specifications mentioned on the website or shared in an initial WhatsApp / phone conversation are indicative only. A binding quotation is issued only after a site visit and in writing, and even then remains an offer until both parties sign a work order.

Submitting the lead form or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a contract or place any obligation on you or on us — it simply starts a conversation.

4. Client responsibilities

Once a work order is signed, you agree to:

• Provide clear title to the plot and any required approvals or NOCs.
• Give reasonable access to the site for our team, materials, and equipment.
• Make payments as per the milestones and schedule set out in the work order.
• Confirm design decisions, finishes and material selections within the time windows specified so the project can stay on schedule.

5. Photos, drawings and site content

All project photos, drawings, renders, copy, logos and layouts on this website are owned by Shiva Construction or used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent. With client permission, we may use photos of a completed project in our portfolio, marketing material and social channels.

6. Testimonials and reviews

Testimonials shown on this website reflect the individual experience of the client named. They are not a guarantee that every project will have the same outcome. We are happy to arrange direct references on request.

7. Third-party links and services

The website links to services we do not control, including Google Maps, WhatsApp, and email providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Warranties and limitation of liability

The website content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of website content.

Warranties relating to actual construction work (structural warranty, defect liability period, workmanship) are set out separately in the signed work order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual property

The Shiva Construction name, logo and site design are our intellectual property. All other trademarks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Shiva Construction, its director and team harmless from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the website or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
